Live Nation Entertainment and subsidiary Ticketmaster LOST a bid on Monday to dismiss a lawsuit by Taylor Swift fans who accused them of mishandling ticket sales for the superstar singer's Eras Tour.

Jennifer Kinder, a lawyer for the fans, on Monday said the plaintiffs were “excited to move closer to our day in court.”

Ford was right when he scrapped the old Liberal government's law, and shame on him for bringing it back. It is a gift to Ticketmaster which does nothing but drive people to fraudulent platforms and consolidate Ticketmaster's monopoly

Last week marked the start of the government’s longstanding antitrust case against Ticketmaster, with executives set to take the stand before a jury.

This week the Trump administration is entering into a cheap settlement, depriving artists, fans, and venues of full relief.
