6. Under "Actions", select "Create a notification"
Fill in the necessary information for the notification (e.g. email address to receive the alert)
7. Click on "Create budget" to save the changes
8. Repeat the process for multiple services if needed

2. Navigate to the "Budgets" page in the "Cost Management" section
3. Click on the "Create budget" button
4. Select "Cost budget" and enter $10 as the budgeted amount
5. Choose the frequency (e.g. monthly) and start date for the budget
