@Delta May vary is one thing, this is rediculous. It’s shameful that you allow your customers to be humiliated this way. The person in the next seat could have wrapped his seatbelt around both of us. Does no one inspect the seatbelts when the planes are new? Seams important to me. 🤷🏼‍♀️

@CoxHelp First of all I was not told I was being given a “promotion”, OR that it would expire. I was told my bill was being adjusted as a result to my last complaint of Cox raising my bill for NO reason. You must think you’re the only game in town. Joke’s on you.
