I have a package that was supposed to be ready for pickup that the location it was dropped off at does not have and now I don’t have any way of finding out where it is!

@MBonvoyAssist booked a king room here in NO a month ago. Got in last night only to be told I had a twin room. Now being charged for King room that I DON’T have.

@banknovo EVERY bank has holds on checks. That is obvious. What isn’t clear is why on average, your check holds are anywhere between 4-7 days.

@banknovo it is literally faster for me to deposit my checks at another bank and then fund my Novo account from there by your $1250 limit than it is to deposit a check through you guys.

Please do something to fix these deposit timeframes.
