The people you admire are the ones who had the courage to act. They aren’t more talented than you. They aren’t smarter than you. They just took action when you didn’t.
Finally,
To end our lessons today,
If you eat BEEF HEART, you won't be heartbroken.
If you eat OXTAIL, your back will hit those backshots.
If you eat BEEF KIDNEYS, you'll learn to filter toxic people, drama, and bad decisions.
If you eat BONE MARROW, your excuses will lose their skeleton.
If you drink BONE BROTH, your joints will stop negotiating every time you stand firm.
If you eat BULL TESTICLES, you will stop simping and asking for permission to exist.
Eat food, not products

SMOKED FISH:
Long before refrigerators existed, our forefathers used SMOKE and SALT to preserve fish for weeks and even months.
It was practical, affordable, and highly nutritious.
Smoked fish is rich in:
• Proteins, which supports muscle growth, tissue repair, and hormone production.
• Minerals such as iodine, selenium, phosphorus, calcium, and zinc.
The longer the smoked fish is preserved, the more it concentrates these minerals.
Trace minerals support metabolism, immunity, thyroid function, and reproductive health.
Smoked fish is also an excellent source of Omega-3 fatty acids, which support brain function, heart health, and reduce inflammation in the body.
The tragedy today is that many people have abandoned these traditional foods and replaced them with highly processed products packaged in colourful wrappers and marketed aggressively on television and social media.
The body does not care about marketing.
It cares about nutrients.
The closer a food is to nature, the more likely it is to nourish you.
The further a food is from nature, the more likely it is to harm you.
Do not be ashamed of traditional foods.

My esteemed followers,
Good morning,
Your body is the vehicle carrying your dreams, your family, your responsibilities, and your future.
If you continue treating it recklessly, it will eventually break down.
But if you treat it with discipline, it will serve you for decades.
The habits you repeat today are either building strength or building diseases.
• Move more.
• Lift weights.
• Fast daily.
• Eat right.
• Sleep properly.
The consequences for today's poor choices will always come with painful medical bills.
The only question is when.
The good news is that you still have the opportunity to fix.
Your future health is being negotiated by the choices you make each morning.

Wild-caught fish vs farmed fish:
Farmed fish are fed grain.
Grain-fed fish have high omega-6 and low omega-3.
Farmed fish, sold in supermarkets, is dyed pink to look like wild fish, just the same way they do with beef and mutton.
Wild-caught fish from our rivers, lakes and oceans eat their natural diet.
• Aquatic insects,
• Microscopic plankton,
• Algae like Spirulina,
• Smaller fish
Therefore, they have the natural omega-3 fat that you are eating in fish.
Mackerel, sardines, and tilapia from rivulets, rivers, lakes and oceans are accessible and nourishing.
Knowing the source of the fish you are eating is important for your nutritional profile.
But, be careful with ocean fish, because our oceans are heavily polluted with microplastics and industrially produced toxic wastes.

The only person who should be able to offend you, is you. Because you’re the only one who really knows you. Everyone else is shouting at a character they made up in their head with 99% filled in with projections from their own life.
