@SadiqKhan 20y ago we loved weekend away in London. You couldn’t pay me to go there now. Last we went was Oct 2023 - what a 💩-hole. Dirty, smelly. Our bank card was
cloned somehow. It’s sad to see. Maybe ppl that are there day in, day out cannot see the decline, but for us it’s obvious 💔

@HarrisDebra21 @vicky_moriarty We speak English, you would be fine. Problem you will find is Poland controls its borders so without EU passport or Polish spouse you won’t be allowed to move in.

@calvinrobinson Genuinely curious- how would that work with mixed nationality marriages? My husband is English for ever, all his past generations. Our young kids can claim it via his ancestry. Would you deport me, a migrant? Deprive my kids of their mother? Bit more complicated don’t you think?

@calvinrobinson Why don’t you lead by example? Good telling others to have more kids but why not you? Lived experience of having kids would make your call to procreate more credible. Not picking a fight, I would love more kids but feel you can’t preach what you don’t practice.

@SamaHoole Id love to put solar on my house roof but cannot afford it. Most of my friends and neighbours in same boat. Why can’t government ask ppl for their roofs? Use what you need then rest for free to the grid. Share it 50/50. Any other deal. I’d do it.

@mccourt_mccourt Well they still would be because house prices neighbouring schools will determine it. Children will be priced out from housing in catchment areas of outstanding schools. Already happens tbh.

@SatanellaStella @EJWoolf Our primary did just this- emailed us today stating next 2 days we can opt to keep kids home and the Head will authorise this absence. But you can still send kids in, they will look after them and simply spend time together. Brilliant.

@snowoverrain @visegrad24 I’m Polish, husband is English. Kids have dual nationality. One thing I teach them though is that they are not half/half, they are 100% both. You have 100% of rights and responsibilities to both countries, you cannot choose what you take & give. They are both though.

@RedTory2016 Because female changing rooms were for females only dad would send his daughter into to try clothing on, knowing she was safe. Wait outside for her to decide. Even 4y old girls can make choices themselves, dads are there to pay 🤭

@GBNEWS The funding is sometimes fraudulently claimed too. My kids have dual nationality but don’t speak my language only English. I found out they are marked as speaking English as 2nd language, wanted school to correct. They would not. Think it was cos of financial reasons.
