Excited to finally reveal @CloutedHQ to the world!
Big shoutouts to @lessin@Jack_Raines at @slow for believing in our vision in a world where artists, brands and creators never have to worry about being heard.
Back to building.
Anthropicโs last round was apparently a bloodbath behind the scenes. A GP at a prominent fund had dinner with Dario three times before their allocation was slashed to zero. At least four other tier-one funds got pulled at the last minute.
Their crime? Passing on the Series B, the hardest round Dario ever had to raise (led by Spark). In venture conviction is all that counts.
@headinthebox I disagree. You should work on whatever you find most interesting. For some people that's databases. And there's nothing wrong with a 16 year old making another instance of something that already exists. That's what all the bands are doing too. That's what you do at 16.
happy NY Tech Week to everyone here from SF.
Some reminders:
- yes this is the center of the universe for everything that isnโt AI
- itโs OK to dress up here
- apple maps has easier subway directions
- the hottest people are at the @intelligenceco office or west side highway
founder music tastes by region

i don't make the rules
@npceo_ Good stuff, man. I know we only met once, but I have nothing but respect for how much conviction you had on your vision + how smart and hard you worked on simcluster.
Hope the break treats you well!
not all dollars of investment are equal to each other
not a yc founder, but the $500k is nominal compared to the undeniable value you get from it (especially if you're out of network)
day 7 of tweeting until I find my ideal cofounder
> did my 3rd round speedrun interview today, thought it went pretty well, answered confidently, partners were smiling!
> emailed decision in 3 hrs, rejected for being a solo founder :(
> would rlly wish my bf would leave me alone instead of wiping my tears and telling me it's ok to be disappointed
> onwards, a16z scout check wired td + leaving for edge city tmw to test the platform
appreciate the feedback and ty for believing me more than anyone else so far
A few days ago, @GustavS showed save-to-spotify: a @Spotify skill that lets agents turn calendar, news, and Slack updates into private podcasts.
We loved the behavior and put a SUN-spin on it!โ๏ธ
And today weโre launching sun-to-spotify, an open-source Claude Code skill that turns a topic, prompt, or file into a ready-to-listen audio course you can save privately to Spotify.
My life right now has three tabs open at all times: startup, marriage, infant son. Along with your usual other 67 tabs of research, meeting notes, studies, Slack updates, product docs, or the thing everyone is suddenly posting about.
So, the point is the same: if it can become audio, it has a better chance of actually making it into your day.
Especially if it shows up right next to your workout playlist and suspiciously specific late-night podcasts๐
SUN for your next era of audio learning. Now, SUN for your Spotify library too.
Check out the demo ๐ and play around with the skill (link is in the comments).
Tell us what you created!
Somehow convinced the biggest club in Los Angeles to partner with our startup launch party...
and filled it with 1.2k+ of @CloutedHQ's friends across tech, creators and music ON A SUNDAY!
Back to the lab now ๐ซก
