So just to make sure we’re on the same page @jetblue, you told us you’ll reimburse us in full to replace the luggage you lost for our sisters wedding.. and THEN, once we bought what we needed so her day wasn’t RUINED, you decide you’ll only pay for half? Character.
@JetBlue ruined my sisters wedding by misplacing my baggage and sending it multiple days later. Then has the audacity to send me half of the amount spent on replacement items from THEIR error. Spent hours on the phone to deal with their inefficiency. Oh and I’m out $1500 #0stars
- My luggage got delivered 2 days later, after the wedding, after the skiing, and after the wedding events
- the claims process took 30 days to receive a disrespectful offer
- I was told “there is nothing we can do” because of a fine print stipulation

1. Did not have time to put my bag on my connecting flight with a 6 HOUR LAYOVER
2. Told me all of the replacement items would be covered as long as I submit a claim.
3. Told me the claims process would take 7-10 days.
But what happened…
