@HorsebackSalad To get that background though, did they...did they take a screenshot of it in Photoshop? Otherwise wouldn't it export with a white background and not the 'transparent' shapes? (I can't remember exactly but something feels off.)

@ReynoldNesiba But mostly I am bothered by the perceived need to police our educators, especially when I haven't seen any evidence that any of them are teaching this. Can we direct our limited energy to more useful issues?

@ReynoldNesiba I am curious how they would feel about an individual, by virtue of upbringing or culture (so not strictly national origin or race), being subconsciously oppressive. The statements don't go this far, but it is outlawing the 'subconscious' discussion that bothers me.

We have a sales tax on baby formula in SD--4.5% state and 2% most municipalities. This article explains how we spend part of that tax revenue. It doesn't even go up in smoke; we just dole it out to private sector lawyers. This is an irresponsible and immoral use of public funds.
