At Cardiff for the Welsh champs Adele Nicoll wins the Shot for the 12th time👋 and as a bonus a U.K. lead if 17.56m

Great throwing at the Welsh champs in the womens shot with @adelenicoll winning with 17.79m ahead of @AmeliaStrickler 17.55m. For Adele it moves her up to a tie for 8th on the GB all time list and it's matches fellow Welsh athlete @sarah_omoregie U.K. outdoor lead.
