The point is not to exclude anyone from market participation. But there is a clear need to prevent public servants - anyone who has the authority to pass laws - from self enrichment.

Hot Take: Dynamic Product Blocks Suck.

I get why they exist and how valuable they are, but you just can't do a lot of customization with them.

While you get the opportunity to show the product(s) a user was engaging with, you sacrifice control over branding.

But there's a better way, one that let's you showcase those very same products all while retaining control over the look and feel.

I'll detail more in the coming days for those of you interested in my war against the dynamic product block.

I’ve found best structure for partnerships to be LLC taxed as an S Corp.
