@matthewrdriguez @PS5StockAlerts Yes. Took screen shots and got the email. Took 35-45 mins. I'd hold out and not worry. They said it could take an hour. I'm sure your fine. But again who knows .maybe something goes wrong and the refund us later.

@dampab I sent a support request through the app itself and also on the pokemon website. So hope I get an answer. They said tho if it's on non business days they will reply the next business day. So looks like I lost all my pokemon for at least the weekend.
