@UKRunChat @mattguilderrun Plymouth January jaunt 10k (just gone), mad March hare 10k, plymouth half marathon, Torbay half marathon, Berlin marathon 🤩

[Laura @justmelaurag]

@UKRunChat @mattguilderrun I’m hoping to get a big pb at the Berlin Marathon in September 🤞🏼😆

[Laura @justmelaurag]

@UKRunChat I do now after having previous injuries. Squats, lunges, leg press, box step us, calf raises. Things like that :)

[Laura @justmelaurag]

@bryony_gordon Isn’t it the weirdest thing! Kinda love it though 😂🙈😬

[Laura @justmelaurag]

@matt_runs Nope. I used to work in retail and one Christmas they put me on wrapping duties. Pretty sure I only wrapped 2 presents and then they took me off it haha 😂 🙈

Made it to the gym again today for a treadmill run, so I’m feeling really good right now 🤩 building my fitness levels back up. Trying not to do too much too soon, to avoid injuries. #runspire #runspirerunners… https://t.co/fNnFy8Lbqb

I heard the other day that the part you played in your school Nativity can show how successful you will be. I hope this is the case as I played Mary 😂😆🤞🏼⭐️🎄 there’s me looking super happy… https://t.co/961iELqGVg

[Laura @justmelaurag]

@matt_runs Haha yep 👌🏽

[Laura @justmelaurag]

A year ago today, I took my spaniels for a 10mile run (they probably did 20). Nearly killed Dash. Look at the face. Poor sausage 🙈😂 #runnergirl #marathongirl #spanielsofinstagram #springerspaniels #dashdog #runner https://t.co/OZLi78Psje

Today would have been my Dad’s 70th birthday.
I have no words to express how much I miss him. I didn’t actually realise it was possible to miss someone so much. The last two years have gone so quickly and so much… https://t.co/sQVaunKrZc

[Laura @justmelaurag]

@Raworthontherun @ComradesRace Ah amazing!!! It’s on my bucket list ☺️

[Laura @justmelaurag]

@matt_runs I once woke up on a chair bed in my room with a bowl of upturned tomato soup on me 😂🙈 I still have no recollection of making it haha
