I am sure it depends on demographics, finances, education, etc. I agree that too many don't, but I have seen in all areas of the country where many Americans do. I also think (or at least want to think), that many are starting to realize how important healthy food is, and most of the people I know do eat relatively healthy, comparatively. Much of our food is just unhealthy anyways... SMH.
