My understanding of the 30 June deadline is that it is the final day for undocumented foreign nationals to voluntarily return to their respective countries, not necessarily the day on which any planned action will take place.
With that in mind, I don't fully understand why the government and major security companies appear to be deploying extensive resources specifically for tomorrow. As things currently stand, any action—whatever form it may take—could realistically happen at any point from 1 July onwards. It could even take place later in July.
Perhaps there is information that has not yet been made public, but based on my understanding, the deadline itself and any subsequent action are two separate matters.
