Roblox support team is not even a team, they don't work with each other.

I have my asset APPROVED but I am still BANNED, and when I asked support to unban me they responded (like an AI as per usual).

Roblox AI has names now like Sam, Sarah, I don't know who else is an AI now.

🔴Over the past three days, from August 6th to 8th, several thousand more people have suffered from these false bans, and they can't appeal the decisions🔴

ℹ️Currently, two types of bans are dominant: erroneous place bans and the so-called Enforcement Ban, which is a ban for falsely linking accounts (a player is banned for allegedly linking with their moderated alt account, but in reality, the system bans the player for linking with a completely unknown account that the victim never owned!)ℹ️

‼️The worst thing is that people can't appeal these unfair actions of the moderation team, because due to a system glitch that occurs when a ban is issued falsely, people don't see the violation window on the Violations & The Appeals system tells them they have no violations, and when they contact support, the moderators redirect everyone to this non-existent V&A window, which simply failed to load the violation due to a website crash‼️

📢🔴We need to unite and reach out to Roblox employees and stop this mess. If you've also suffered from these bans, keep speaking up so @roblox can hear us.📢🔴

PLEASE Pay attention to false bans in which a player is mistakenly associated with another account, and the player cannot even appeal this decision!!!
The problem itself began much earlier, even before this ban wave, in October 2025, and continues to this day. This is most likely caused by the system incorrectly recognizing the public IP address provided by public Wi-Fi! Because of this, people are being incorrectly banned. This has affected many people who used public Wi-Fi in a public place and then received an erroneous permanent ban for linking to an unknown account. Also, due to a glitch, not everyone sees a violation in the Violations & Appeals window, although it should appear for everyone banned for an alt account. Since then, after contacting support, the moderators ask everyone to use it. This window

My account @tiffikan was also affected by the first wave of EF bans on March 3rd and is still unfairly banned, which I can't even appeal due to a website error!
@Roblox, please restore access to my@tiffikan account, which was mistakenly banned due to a moderation glitch, and completely fix the issue, as if it's not fixed, anyone could get the same mistaken ban again.

@Roblox, please fix this issue and conduct a wave of unbans. The problem is widespread. Many people have already been banned for more than 1-9 months, and due to the glitch, half of them can't appeal the decision. They also need to be unbanned! #Roblox #RobloxDev @Roblox_RTC @KreekCraft @Rolimons
