Trump neden Clarity Act'i bu kadar istiyor? Cevap kriptoda değil.

Trump geçtiğimiz günlerde bir açıklama yaptı.

Kripto alanında Çin'in ve bütün ülkelerin çok önünde olduklarını, önde kalmak istediklerini söyledi. Tek eksiğin de Clarity Act adlı yasanın geçmesi olduğunu ekledi.

Herkes bunu bir kripto açıklaması sandı. Oysa Trump'ın asıl konuştuğu şey doların geleceği.

Peki nedir bu Clarity Act?

ABD'de yıllardır kriptonun kuralı belirsizdi.

Bir kripto para hisse senedi mi sayılır, mal mı, kimse net bilmiyordu. İki ayrı kurum, üst üste binen yetkiler, bitmeyen davalar.

Bu belirsizlik yüzünden birçok şirket ya iş yapamadı ya da yurt dışına kaçtı.

Clarity Act bu karmaşayı bitiriyor.

Hangi kripto paranın hangi kurum tarafından, hangi kurala göre denetleneceğini netleştiriyor. Adı zaten netlik demek.

Peki bir başkan sıradan bir düzenleme yasasına neden bu kadar önem verir? Cevap yasada değil, doların kendisinde.

Dünyanın parası 80 yıldır dolar. Petrol dolarla satılıyor, ülkeler rezervini dolarda tutuyor, ödemeler dolar sisteminden geçiyor.

Herkes dolara muhtaç olduğu için dolar ve ABD tahvili biriktiriyor.

Bankalar bundan da memnun olmadı, Senato ofislerine 8 binden fazla itiraz mektubu gönderdiler.

Yasa şu an Senato Bankacılık Komisyonu'ndan geçmiş durumda. Ama tüm Senato'yu aşıp yürürlüğe girmesi için önünde hâlâ birkaç eşik var.
