dear direk lauren,
sincerely,
bloom na pagod na
We've always advocated for the fair treatment of both BINI and Blooms. Over the years, we have consistently relayed the community's concerns to management while also providing constructive feedback and recommendations on how BINI and their music could be better promoted and supported.
Our goal has never been to create division, but to help strengthen the relationship between the girls, their management, and the fandom through open communication and meaningful dialogue. We believe that supporting BINI also means respectfully raising concerns when improvements are needed.
At various points, members of the community have chosen to withhold purchases of official merchandise and Weverse Membership as a form of consumer feedback. These decisions were not made with the intention of harming BINI, but rather to encourage management to address longstanding concerns and recognize the importance of listening to the fandom. Ultimately, how Blooms choose to support the group financially is a personal decision, and many see it as one way of expressing their feedback as consumers.
Our commitment remains unchanged: to advocate for what we believe is in the best interest of both BINI and the Bloom community, while continuing to support the group and encouraging constructive engagement that benefits everyone involved. We remain hopeful that open communication, mutual respect, and genuine collaboration will continue to strengthen the relationship between BINI, their management, and the fandom.

So first Bini cancelled the eu tour and now I just got the mail for the refund and instead of the 506€ that I paid I’ll only get 437€ back ?!??! Like what even is going on

We kindly ask everyone to take a moment to read our statement.
Thank you for your understanding.

Hi @BINI_ph@direklauren@StarMusicPH@starmagicphils
I’ve been an active bloom ever since I became part of the fandom. I've shown up for the girls at every event, rain or shine. I've bought the merch, spent my time, money, and energy, and supported them every chance I could.
Over time, I've witnessed so many inconveniences that blooms have had to deal with because of poor planning and disorganized event management.
Blooms continue to show up, sell out venues, buy merch, stream, vote, and support BINI unconditionally. The least we deserve is proper planning, clear communication, and basic respect for our time, money, and effort.
We love BINI. That's exactly why we're speaking up. Holding management accountable isn't hate, it's asking them to do better for both the girls and the fandom.
When will this fandom finally be treated with the respect it deserves?

If you have just communicated well, the uproar won’t be this big. We literally don’t know anything on your part and yet we’re left with the aftermath of everything. Kasi wala eh, walang paliwanag. Saan ba nanggaling ‘yung error? Sa inyo ba? Sa kung promoters niyo ba sa EU? The silence isn’t helping. The hopes and the money was already lost and nothing you ever did justified it. Nothing probably will but showing empathy could soften the blow somehow, and you couldn’t even give them that. You plan to go global yet you treat fans like this? Leaving them in the dark and letting silence make them think of reasons and hope they understand you? Nakakapagod po ‘yun hahaha. Kahit for a loyal fan nakakapagod. Do better in communicating. It will solve A LOT of blooms’ concerns.
Everything else aside from the girls themselves could be associated with complacency.
Finally, if you can’t handle to promote your girl group well and cater to the demands of the fans on aspects that may help, expand your team. Because it seems like even if the current people does better, it burns them up to keep up on the promotions sa dami ng kailangan i-promote. More people will do you better in the long run.
Plan for your girl group better. Because it seems like you’re allotting them less attention because they have the most loyal fans and patrons. But get this, we don’t settle for lesser than we or BINI deserves. We may stay for the girls but never for what will bring your company profit. Don’t drag the girls with you. Hindi fans ang laging mag-a-adjust. @BINI_ph@direklauren@starmagicphils@StarMusicPH #BINI
I wonder kung saan nila nakuha yung "many blooms still expressed understanding, prioritizing the members' safety, health and quality of future shows..."
Kasi ang naalala ko was we were all collectively frustrated and asking for further explanation na hanggang ngayon wala pa rin from their end?
Wala naman sa statement ni @BINI_ph, which by the way was only posted sa IG stories nila na inulit lang a few hours after sa other platforms, na nakaindicate na logistical concerns at production constraints ang cause for the postponement. So I don't understand where Cosmopolitan got this from 😒
If they announced that, it‘s still stupid. Coz why would you commit to a leg while the most important which are requirements are still floating in the air & unsure 🙂↕️ Yot bunggo niyo nlng gid tuod ulo niyo
so meaning may kapabayaan ang BINI team handling these things?
(correct me if i’m mali)
@TEAMBLOOM_EUR@TEAMBLOOM_UK
hi @BINI_ph you really need to release a statement now. statement from @cosmo_ph does not sound like the cancellation is due to “unforeseen circumstances beyond our control” but more so poor planning.

Bring back the time when it’s summer 2024 and we’re all doomscrolling endlessly on bini core in tiktok bcs there were too many available clips & videos that it was impossible to not stan !! Now sadly everything is required for exclusivity.
7. Continue promoting Filipino culture.
One of #BINI's greatest strengths is proudly representing the Philippines. Continue incorporating Filipino culture into their music, performances, visuals, and global promotions to further distinguish them internationally.
8. Expand partnerships and promotions.
Continue collaborating with media outlets, brands, digital platforms, influencers, and international partners. #BINI has already built strong momentum, and consistent, strategic promotions will help them reach an even wider audience.
9. Maximize BINI's official platforms.
Make better use of BINI's official social media accounts by consistently uploading engaging content such as vlogs, behind-the-scenes videos, dance challenges, games, interviews, and other interactive content that allows fans to connect with the members beyond performances. Keep their pages active and regularly updated instead of only posting promotional materials. Actively promote and grow their YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and other official platforms, as these are essential for expanding their reach, strengthening fan engagement, and attracting new audiences both locally and internationally.
The entertainment industry continues to evolve rapidly. There are countless opportunities to innovate, improve, and adapt. We hope the management embraces modern strategies instead of continuing to operate with outdated practices. #BINI has already proven that they are capable of standing on the global stage. It is time for the management to match that level of excellence.
We criticize because we care. We speak up because we want #BINI to succeed—not only today, but for many years to come.
Hoping that the management will take the time to listen to #BLOOMS, acknowledge our concerns, and continue improving for both the fans and @BINI_ph.
Dear @BINI_ph@StarMusicPH@direklauren,
Due to the increasingly toxic environment within Bloom Twitter, I decided to temporarily step back. However, after reading the sentiments, frustrations, and concerns expressed by many #BLOOMS, I realized that staying silent will not help anyone.
#BLOOMS have been supporting #BINI from the very beginning until now. Time and time again, fans have overlooked shortcomings and continued to support the group because their love for the girls has always come first. That level of loyalty should never be taken for granted. Instead, it should be appreciated, respected, and reciprocated.
Many concerns raised after the previous concert did not create significant public backlash because fans chose to remain understanding. Unfortunately, seeing the same mistakes repeated—especially when they directly affect fans who invest their hard-earned money just to see #BINI—is deeply disappointing. Many travel long distances, take leave from work or school, and spend months saving for these events. These are opportunities they cannot experience frequently, making every concert incredibly meaningful. Ignoring these concerns or failing to address them properly comes across as dismissive of the very people who continue to support the group.
I sincerely hope it never reaches the point where #BLOOMS become emotionally exhausted and eventually choose to walk away after giving everything they have. A fandom's passion is not limitless—it also deserves care and respect.
What we are asking for are not unreasonable demands. They are simple improvements that would greatly strengthen the relationship between #BINI, the management, and the fandom.
1. Provide an explanation.
Please communicate the reason behind cancellations or major changes. If contractual obligations or confidentiality prevent you from disclosing specific details, at least provide a general explanation, such as venue unavailability, scheduling conflicts, ticketing concerns, or unavoidable commitments. Silence only creates speculation and unnecessary frustration.
2. Improve concert perks.
Considering the premium ticket prices, fans reasonably expect higher-quality inclusions. Even something as simple as photocards should reflect the value of what fans paid for. Many fan-made freebies produced by #BLOOMS are noticeably better in quality than the official ones. Consider improving the materials, production quality, or changing suppliers if necessary.
3. Treat fans better.
Fans deserve a comfortable and organized experience—from queue management and merchandise distribution to concert entry and event logistics. Respecting your supporters should always be a priority.
4. Give #BINI the treatment they deserve.
#BINI has already proven that they can compete on the global stage. Their achievements deserve recognition through management decisions that reflect their current status. Treating them exactly the same as newly launched groups undermines the years of hard work they have invested and unintentionally diminishes the significance of their success.
5. Remove individuals who do not have #BINI's best interests at heart.
Anyone within the organization who consistently hinders the group's growth or success should be held accountable. Every member of the team should be fully committed to helping #BINI reach even greater heights.
6. Build a dedicated team exclusively for #BINI.
Create a management and production team focused solely on #BINI. Allocate a significant portion of the group's earnings toward their own development—including production quality, concerts, costumes, choreography, creative direction, trainers, promotions, and overall artist support. Investing back into the group's growth benefits everyone.
++++
We love BINI, but Blooms deserve proper, timely communication from Star Music and official channels. Important updates shouldn’t be dropped casually through IG stories. This fandom shows up every time and deserves transparency and respect.
Enough is enough.
#BINIAndBloomsDeserveBetter
the disrespect is too loud. paalala lang, fans aren't an afterthought and not asking for the impossible. we're asking for basic decency and proper communication. people invested their time, money, and effort. a vague statement posted on an ig story just doesn't cut it.
show some respect naman sa fans. i’m telling you, most of us stay because of the love we have for the girls—nothing more, nothing less.
Valid naman disappointments ng EU, you can‘t just say na "postponed lng naman po, irresched din yan", they‘ll refund the tickets but can they refund the other expenses??? Pwede pa bang bawiin yung mga leaves na nafile & plot it again to the new dates??? Most blooms pa naman here are watching not just 1 stop, may 3 stops & even all 6 including UK. So imagine a 1 way flight is almost 220€, 1 way train is 80€ and accom na minimum of 2 nights is 200€. Now multiply those by 5 or 6 🥴 And all we get is an ig story?!
