@team_clienth I do not have a claim yet, I asked a question that you did not answer. Is it normal that there are no aircon on until we taxi out?? What is the SOP? Our 15h45 is only taxi ing out now (16h09), so we sat more that an hour in the plane with no aircon. Again why?? Thanks

@emirates boarded flight E98 in Rome. During boarding the temperature in the A380 was probably 30 degree or higher! Surely this is not correct? We all fresh up before a long haul flight and then the 45 mintues between boarding and take off everyone is sweating like hell? Normal??
