@anish_koka @drjohnm I agree with @AndrewFoy82 - you might get lucky and find a period of time that he can at least tolerate an aspirin and if he starts bleeding after the device you've left him at a bigger risk for a device-related thrombus. Sometimes doing nothing is the safest thing.
