@CrateandBarrel please choose a better shipping agent for ground packages. My standard transit, with PAID shipping is taking almost double what was quoted in my order, & that is only after I’ve called twice. Had I known, I would’ve picked up in store as I won’t arrive in time.

(The entire courtyard was also flooded when we had the water main break) Is there any plan to prevent this from happening again?
