@easyJet Just to add, I am trying to PAY you for this service. Not asking for a freebie. If I have to risk it at the airport on Saturday, it'll be with 1 bag now, rather than the 2 I'm trying to pay for currently

@easyJet Just had the most frustrating call with customer services. In order to add a hold bag for my flight on Saturday, I have to also add bags for a flight in September (THREE MONTHS FROM NOW!?) Spent 30 minutes with a call handler telling me "that's company policy & I can't

escalate this any higher" whilst being possibly the most disinterested & unsympathetic individual possible. I now have to run the risk of hold baggage being sold out/unavailable on Saturday now "you can turn up to the airport & see". Great. Awful service

@goustocooking I've received the email saying I have until 11am to select my box. However literally all options are showing as 'Sold out'. Help? Please?
