Anyone seen this before? I’ve tried contacting @Hep2O over on Instagram, with a polite message, asking them if they’d experienced it at all. Gave them 3 days to reply, but they’ve seen the messages and chose to ignore me. Fitting out of the bag with no grab ting in it. Not good.
