@Starlink ordered a mini for mission work in a developing (war-torn) country the first week in August. The current expected delivery is cutting it close to my departure date. I'm out of the US now so I can't call, but is there any way to speed this up?
Which got me nothing except three wasted hours today. Of course, I could threaten to leave but I’m not going to do that. The question is: what can you do to remedy this really poor customer service experience (not the rep in store, let me be clear!)
@TMobileHelp@TMobile I’m a long time customer and sorely disappointed. Spent 3 hours in store w a gracious rep who tried his hardest (even reaching out to district, regional mgmt and a regional chat to no avail. Can’t upgrade through tlife app (recent update issue) and…
Legacy approaches failed. When he got one to go through (mine), the process stalled at the payment point when terms wouldn’t populate. Again, rep was 10/10. Your systems are not. Sorely disappointed and questioning the amount of money I’ve paid monthly for yrly upgrade…
@AmericanAir I’m in dispute over an AA charge on my CC but they can’t tell me what it is. I tried to call AA customer service but they say I need to talk to the CC company. They tell me to call AA. I want to resolve this so I can spend more money with you on said card. Help!
@ESPNPR if you want to demonstrate good will to sports fans who are active @YouTubeTV customers, let us watch via your app during the contract dispute. If you agree on terms, no loss. If you don’t, you’ve set yourself up to bring customers directly over. Stop acting like @usgov
@AmericanAir Thanks for clarifying. Guess that’s your policy. A silly one in my opinion but that’s why we have choices I suppose. (And as I type, I am reminded: 1st world problems). Have a great day.
@AmericanAir I’m reminded yet again why I fly your competitor who has the delta on you. Ticket agent can’t check our bags all the way through to final because it’s a separate reservation with a less than 12 hour overnight. Never have this issue elsewhere.
@Delta@Delta reviving this because for the 2nd time this year I’m about to have to buy through Air France. $5,000 going their way and I don’t get to take advantage of all my perks yet I’ll be on DL marketed flights part of the time. Super frustrating.
@Delta diamond medaillion mbr here. Spent nearly 30k last year, would easily do the same this year. Now I’m being forced to buy through AirFrance for my frequent travel to W. Africa because AF leg from CDG to LFW are not an option any longer. CS rep states rev mgmt issue.
@Delta@Delta credit where credit is due (?). Though I’ve still never heard from anyone, AF flights started showing up as options via delta again so myself and my colleagues were able to book our trip. My guess is a software issue on the back end but what do I know.
@Delta frequent international traveler here. It’s increasing more difficult to purchase a regularly traveled route from ATL to LFW but @airfrance has the route available. I’d rather keep my status/loyalty with you but no reps can help. Options used to be plentiful but not now.
@HCAhealthcare your facility in Salem, VA- LewisGale Medical Center refuses to provide basic access to communication to my Deaf parents (one who is actively a patient), by requesting a Sign Language interpreter or by providing access to Video Remote Interpreting (VRI).
