@tradingbios Yah I also donโt know but that seems as reasonable a guess as any. But thatโs why the stock trades so terribly. Hard to have faith in the terminal value.
@lazereater Best I can figure is combo of Tucker / Trump tension, Zyn stepping up spend, low risk of estimate revisions intra quarter since timing of reshoring / margin improvement is as uncertain as ever, optically expensive if they spent all this money on sg&a very poorly.
@DoubleEagle1907@tmccutcheon3@lazereater Can you recall which sell side report said this? I donโt follow bti/mo closely but breaking even at $3.5 doesnโt sound possible so would like to understand how they came to that view.
@realroseceline New to this name so maybe dumb q, but is insourcing risk by the large customers why it trades at a relative discount? Will the stock de rate suddenly if a large enough customer insources a country? Will stablecoins ultimately eliminate some of the margins on the intl txns? Thx!
@KairosPraxis@Invesquotes I think it is mainly relevant to be very cautious about the #2 in industries where the network effect is super strong. Like uber / lyft. In industries where itโs not winner take all it seems to be ok to consider #2 at a better valuation/stage of growth. Like tjx/rost/burl.
@jbulltard1 Your 8/3 post was the first thing I thought of when I saw $docs print. Sadly I did not participate because I thought this was a dumb business haha
@thewatsonview Iโm new to the story and think it is asymmetrically positive. That said, isnโt there a ton of false precision in trying to translate trading volumes to revenues since we donโt know what sort of incentives are offered? The volume trend looks encouraging though.
@niccruzpatane@Tyler6408@Waymo Someone threw a water balloon at my wife while she was driving our model Y, about 2 miles from this intersection. Probably the same people. they looked to be teenagers, three of them. This was August 6th around 3pm. Sharing this data in case @Waymo can use it to track them down
