To close with a quote that sums up how I like to look at wellbeing “If you don’t prioritise your life, someone else will”. Put your own oxygen mask on first, you’ll be topped up and better equipped & energised to handle yours and your communities needs. 5/5 #WorldWellbeingWeek
Loneliness is a heart aching, stomach pulling and empty void feeling - it can feel overwhelmingly sad. If anyone is struggling, my DMs are open, come say hi - you're not alone! Let's deepen our human connection and say HI more, to strangers, to people we know! Everyone! #MHAW22
There is so much we can learn from each other. I cried when I received this, it was so moving and I thought of every woman navigating this time and how different it will be for all. I stand with these powerful women who are standing strong in adversity. 💜 2/2
On #IWD I was handed this gift. A Romanian tradition that sees women handed gifts from 1st - 8th March. On the 8th, you tie the string to a branch. The string symbolises the change of seasons, the white is the snow melting and red is spring on it’s way. 1/2
That’s a wrap on 2022’s #IWD . What an end to it, we sat down for our evening with @CDW_UK WIN and special guest @sophiestonegolf. We got to hear and talk to Sophie about the world of golf; my eyes are opened! Watch WIN become experts in golf now. Thank you Sophie! #CDWCommunity

Just got off the ‘Destigmatising Women’s health and choices’ panel, hosted by WIN, WISE & WON BRGs. Wow!! An incredible event that felt like a huge weight had been lifted and space was given to such important stories, extremely moving and inspiring! @CDW_UK#IWD#CDWCommunity

Today is #InternationalWomensDay2022 and our offices globally will be supporting the #BreakTheBias message. Throughout the day we will be celebrating women and raising awareness around bias and stigma within the tech industry and what we can do to make a change. #IWD2022

Coming to the close of Pride month and I’m aware we’ll start to see the rainbows disappearing from logos and shop windows…I hope that everyone takes a moment to remember how we celebrate the month and are proud to raise our voices BUT remember, the fight for equality continues!
