@EE I have just deleted my EE ID, redone a new one and tried linking my eSIM (I assume my number is the one I’m porting over as I haven’t received an email with a temporary number) and it says can’t add at this time?

Smartmeter display been out of action since April. Constant calls and emails and conplaints to @BritishGasHelp @BritishGas to get this sorted but nothing! Constant automated mails saying “we’re working to fix it”. @MartinSLewis is this normal?
