@SMARTYMobileUK I have tried for the past two days to be reissued with a new esim and it hasn't worked. I've had various conversations on webchat which have been unsatisfactory. I keep being told to wait 24 hours and try again. At what point do I get to a resolution?
@Hyperoptic can you please confirm that as part of my renewal, I can have the Zyxel router? I'm being told that I can only have it if I also take out the Total Wifi option, which I don't need because I live in a one bedroom flat. That's not what I had been led to believe. Thanks!
@WhatsApp latest update has killed the link between my Pixel 8 Pro and Pixel Watch 2. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling app on both devices and still can link them. Any ideas?
@BootsUK with 10 mins till closing the barriers in the shop we're down so was unable to collect an order that would have taken 5 mins. Is this company policy? This was at the Croydon store in the Whitgift Centre
@Hyperoptic@shadow15g If I use the free VPN on my Pixel phone, everything works as expected. But that isn't helpful for my laptop which is needed for work. Given VPN usage is quite popular, suspect a lot of people's issue is being masked by this, so haven't reported.
@Hyperoptic when do you intend to resolve the ongoing issues at New South Quarter in Croydon? We're now into the 3rd day of having next to useless connectivity and the level of communication has been appalling. Can we please have an official update on what is happening?

@Hyperoptic I've heard that our IP addresses have been 'blacklisted' which means we're unable to access certain websites, app and services. Then we're told there isn't a site wide issue, it's individuals. Trust me, from our WhatsApp group that' not the case.
@sainsburys I've paid for long term parking at your Purley Way store with your partner, Just Park and have had my windscreen cracked. Looks like someone has hit it with a brick or similar. What's my best course of action? Would you be able to access CCTV footage?
