Basketball has a lying problem. Everybody says they want to win. Until winning means fewer shots, harder defense, a smaller role, passing up good for great, and cheering when you thought you’d play more. Everybody wants the trophy. Few want the truth it takes to earn it.

Thank you @JPGLOBAL12 for these clips from my Junior year.

Resist the urge to get overwhelmed by all the noise around recruiting. Social media will make you believe your peers never have a bad day. Head down. Eyes forward. The most productive way to stay in the race is to run your own.

Thank you @BFishHoops for coming to our game and the write up!

Glue players will always find a role on a team. Kids that play hard, set great screens, share the ball, run the floor hard, work to defend & rebound. TALK! Not a glamorous job but a much needed role.

S40 Session 1 with @FGBvsEveryone Effectively guarded every position on the court. The work continues. 💪
