@CricketDirect Any chance you could give me an ETA for the rest of my order no 0000095518? Been more than the two weeks previously stated!

[James Winders @jwinders89]

@CricketDirect As there's been no response to my emails, is there any chance of finding out when order no 0000095518 will be delivered?

[James Winders @jwinders89]

@firstdirecthelp Just tried, but did not help. Other reviews suggest the app does not work with Windows 10 mobile. Any plans to fix this?

[James Winders @jwinders89]

@firstdirecthelp No error messages, app flashes for less than a second before closing.

[James Winders @jwinders89]

@firstdirecthelp Just downloaded the First Direct app for my Microsoft Lumia 950, unfortunately it fails to launch. Is this a known problem?

[James Winders @jwinders89]

@CPWTweets No, problem lies with Carphone Warehouse not communicating with EE, I've been told that my service will not return until Tuesday

[James Winders @jwinders89]

@CPWTweets Extremely disappointed with my EE upgrade! 5 days to do a SIM swap is ridiculous, so I now have no service until Tuesday #Fuming

It's now okay to dive according to Alan Hansen, wouldn't be saying that if he was playing! #Clueless
