The HACP is ecstatic to be a major part of @ACE_Innamorato's #500in500 initiative that set out to identify 500 units of affordable housing in 500 days, & help move individuals and families out of homelessness and into safe, stable homes.
Since June 2024, the HACP and its development arm, ARMDC, have worked closely with countless community partners in investing more than $5.7 million in Gap-Financing and providing 67 Project-Based Vouchers to four separate developments within the initiative.
