I have good news. Our activism is working. John Thune has finally put Voter ID on the Senate floor. Here’s what is happening according to Senator Ron Johnson:

"Leader Thune just filed cloture on what I thought was a brilliant bill passed by the House. It's a ban on stock trading by members of Congress combined with Voter ID."

"What's brilliant about that is when we had the SAVE America Act on the floor, all these Democrats, now they're lying through their teeth, I'm sure, but they said, 'We're for Voter ID we're just opposed to this bill'."

"It'll be real interesting to see. Are Democrats going to vote against banning stock trading by members of Congress, but also includes Voter ID, which they all said they support?"

"So that one vote might solve an awful lot of these problems and really do probably better a better job of what we need in terms of Voter ID"

"Otherwise, we will also have the plan to at least proceed to the reconciliation package. But even there, understand what most of that reconciliation package, it's a vehicle for doing election integrity."

As I had my morning coffee, I realized that everything is about to change. No matter how I vote, no matter what I say, something evil has invaded our nation, and our lives are never going to be the same.

I have been confused by the hostility of family and friends. I look at people I have known all my life--so hate-filled that they agree with opinions they would never express as their own. I think that I may well have entered the Twilight Zone.

You can't justify this insanity. We have become a nation that has lost its collective mind!

• If a man pretends to be a woman, you are required to pretend with him.

• Somehow it’s un-American for the census to count how many Americans are in America.

• Russians influencing our elections are bad, but illegals voting in our elections are good.

• It was cool for Joe Biden to "blackmail" the President of Ukraine, but it’s an impeachable offense if Donald Trump inquires about it.

• People who have never owned slaves should pay slavery reparations to people who have never been slaves.

• People who have never been to college should pay the debts of college students who took out huge loans for their degrees.

• Immigrants with tuberculosis and polio are welcome, but you’d better be able to prove your dog is vaccinated.

• Irish doctors and German engineers who want to immigrate to the US must go through a rigorous vetting process, but any illiterate gang-bangers who jump the southern fence are welcome.

• $5 billion for border security is too expensive, but $1.5 trillion for “free” health care is not.

• If you cheat to get into college you go to prison, but if you cheat to get into the country you go to college for free.

• People who say there is no such thing as gender are demanding a female President.

• We see other countries going Socialist and collapsing, but it seems like a great plan to us.

• Some people are held responsible for things that happened before they were born, and other people are not held responsible for what they are doing right now.

• Criminals are caught-and-released to hurt more people, but stopping them is bad because it's a violation of THEIR rights.

• And pointing out all this hypocrisy somehow makes us "racists"?!

Nothing makes sense anymore, no values, no morals, no civility and people are dying of a Chinese virus, but it racist to refer to it as Chinese even though it began in China.

We are clearly living in an upside down world where right is wrong and wrong is right, where moral is immoral and immoral is moral, where good is evil and evil is good, where killing murderers is wrong, but killing innocent babies is right.

Wake up America, the great unsinkable ship Titanic America has hit an iceberg, is taking on water, and is sinking fast. The choice is yours to make. What will it be? Time is short, make your choice wisely!

The cost issue is important. Let's talk about it. It's real, and not easy to fix. And it's political malpractice to ignore. Policy decisions have driven up costs for groceries (mostly 6 trillion of COVID spending) and recently gas (Iran). Housing prices are also 50% higher in 5 years because of trillions in covid spending, spiraling regulations constraining supply, and tens-of-millions of illegals putting added pressure on the market. These are real problems, and they aren't a byproduct of the free market or innovation. People in charge made decisions that made this happen. They made the dollar less valuable. This hurts wage-earners without assets more than anyone else. The hardest part of this isn't identifying these problems- it's policy fixes. As a country we are unwilling, right and left, to tackle debt, and our economy has basically become a bet on AI enhancing productivity and wealth so much that none of this matters long term. That would be great. I think it's possible. But if it's wrong, we're in deep trouble as a society. And the Marxists will be ascendant.

The West keeps pretending every threat will enter through the front door and agree to a debate. The deeper danger is an ideology that uses liberal tolerance to gain power, then abolishes the very freedoms that allowed it in.

BREAKING: The DOJ National Fraud Enforcement Division announces charges against 19 people in an alleged scheme that defrauded Pennsylvania's Medicaid program of more than $4 million.

AAG Colin McDonald says 18 of the defendants were charged in the last 12 days as part of a strategically coordinated law enforcement operation:

"The case is today billed on the work that we recently announced in Minnesota, where we charge 15 defendants for systematically looting seven state managed Medicaid programs out of more than $90 million, treating those programs like a piggy bank until one of them had to be shut down entirely because there was nothing left.
