@DavidJBrown19 @BIG10Bruin @wilnerhotline From a regulatory perspective it isn't, but the CSUs operate far less as a 'system' than the UCs, and, the CSU system aspires to be more like UC, so to have a CSU member as part of the PAC would likely be viewed as an aspiration rather than something to prohibit.

@rollcougars 2) The overdraft fees are specific to the case where the bank tells you that your balance is sufficient (as from an ATM) but later charges you a surprise overdraft fee. The bank should have an accurate balance of your account at the time of withdrawl

@rollcougars Maybe you should read the regulations? 1) It isn't your check that bounced it is someone else's that you deposit without knowing whoever sent it wasn't covered and then your bank charges you. Nothing to do with money you spend.
