@AdamPugh@myles_premium_ Arguing from emotion. If paying CEOs less created better outcomes, companies that did it would outperform. They don’t. Pay structure is a live experiment. The market already tested your idea.
Mondragon corp have ran the ~6–9:1 pay ratio idea. Its fallen behind it competitors.
@rsnball@Dan_1884@MDNinetyTwo@_ROUNDTHEBEND__ Yeah I’d be lying if I said I could do it. But with your GB news name drop earlier too you’ve built quite the stereotype around me eh!
@rsnball@Dan_1884@MDNinetyTwo@_ROUNDTHEBEND__ That’s obviously too niche to lie about. Which makes me even more confused. I’ll also be opening my laptop at 8:59 tomorrow, at home, probably the same as you. So why do I not see getting up at 6, presumably to work on site, as something to look down on?
@rsnball@Dan_1884@MDNinetyTwo@_ROUNDTHEBEND__ 🤣 my whole point was you’re beating guys on the tube getting London city money apparently. And yeah course I do. But I’m not calling you poor, just seeing if you’d back what you’re saying.
@rsnball@Dan_1884@MDNinetyTwo@_ROUNDTHEBEND__ Halfway there - that’s just how low the bar I’ve mentally set for you. Money man but being a “whinge bag” about a £20 Nando’s
The refillable drink is £4 alone, you just getting broccoli and grains lad? 🤣
@rsnball@Dan_1884@MDNinetyTwo@_ROUNDTHEBEND__ That was lost on me based on the fact you’ve got other blokes as your profile picture. You probs can’t even rise a grand rn let’s be honest
@rsnball@Dan_1884@MDNinetyTwo@_ROUNDTHEBEND__ No mate. Please spare those who are up early a thought though while you’re on the tube with your balls sweating in your cheap M&S suit.
To be fair that’s probably a bit ambitious. Probably off betfred to spunk your pip away
@rsnball@Dan_1884@MDNinetyTwo@_ROUNDTHEBEND__ You don’t know my opinions other than I think people’s right to comment on the biggest news outlets accounts outweighs theirs to turn comments off. You clearly differ. But anyways off to bed for you mate plenty of boots to lick at sky news in the morning
@rsnball@Dan_1884@MDNinetyTwo@_ROUNDTHEBEND__ I have a problem with anyone with reach / influence on narrative turning comments off. That goes for anyone I agree with too. People are having their cake and eating it too in terms of reach and not being able to be challenged directly. It’s poor form imo.
@rsnball@Dan_1884@MDNinetyTwo@_ROUNDTHEBEND__ My issue is they can use their huge reach, to inform people of what they want, in the cadence they want, any facts they want to include or omit, and we can’t even discuss it under the post. And yes. However, no fucker will see an average persons QTs will they mate let’s be honest
@rsnball@Dan_1884@MDNinetyTwo@_ROUNDTHEBEND__ I gather you don’t fathom much tbh. Sky news isn’t some young girl being bullied. They’re a massive news outlet. They can’t be “offended” (like the feature was probably intended for). So why turn them off? Doesn’t the literal people who report the news have a responsibility to -
@_Ben_in_space@nonregemesse@TheHistoryNov@PolitlcsUK The market speaks for itself, 80k vehicles down to 20k in a year or two. No one wants them. National grid would currently struggle with everyone charging them. Not to mention the waste. Big lithium batteries going to waste once vehicle is done with. Not to mention the production
