@airindia Kenya Airways confirmed that the bag was offloaded at Bombay due to payload on Air India side. The luggage handed over to AI staff named NAMRTA on 16 August.Why has AI not sent my luggage to date?

@airindia Kenya Airways confirmed that the bag was handed over to AI staff in Bombay named NAMRTA on 16th Aug. AI promised to load it in the next flight due to payload. Why are you delaying further?

@airindia Kenya Airways has confirmed that they handed the luggage (navy blue suitcase) to Air India on 16th Aug to Bombay Air India staff named
NAMRTA. AI had it offloaded due to payload and was to be loaded in the next flight to Colombo (17 Aug)
