@SouthwestAir someone needs to get a hold of me to get a huge issue resolved. I donโt want another customer service rep. I want corporate at this point. You are holding over 700.00 of my money off your customer service centers mistakes. Iโve spent hours on this mess.
@SouthwestAir you told me my flight was cancelled and you rebooked it. Get to airport I have 2 seats and am double booked. Then Iโm told I have a return flight.
Now, I donโt not have a return flight and want me to pay for a 3rd ticket. Someone needs to get with me ASAP
@SouthwestAir Someone who knows something needs to reach out. I have been screwed on tickets and flight since May 1. If Iโm not on my flight to Nashville from DR tomorrow itโs not going to be nice.

@SouthwestAir Yes, this needs to be addressed. There is nothing more frustrating than seeing your name on a giant digital screen to get in a flight to then look back up and see it Knowles off by someone else and an agent that was less than pleasurable to ask questions too.
