कुशीनगर के चखनी खास में 14 वर्षीय आदर्श चौहान की हत्या को लेकर कांग्रेस के पूर्व प्रदेश अध्यक्ष अजय कुमार लल्लू ने प्रदेश सरकार पर तीखा हमला बोला है।

उन्होंने कहा कि यह घटना सरकार और उसके प्रशासनिक तंत्र की विफलता को उजागर करती है तथा मुख्यमंत्री के कानून-व्यवस्था संबंधी दावों की पोल खोलती है।

1. द हिंदू की पत्रकार @vijaita ने अपनी पड़ताली रिपोर्ट के ज़रिए ये साफ़ कर दिया है कि छात्रों पर पेलेट गन चलाया गया। उनकी रिपोर्ट कहती है कि रैपिड एक्शन फ़ोर्स ने पेलेट गन का इस्तेमाल किया। दस्तावेज़ों के आधार पर ये तथ्य सामने आ रहा है कि RAF ने दिल्ली पुलिस के निर्देश पर ऐसा किया गया।

2. न्यूज़लौंड्री के पत्रकार @ImAvdheshkumar ने अपनी खोजी रिपोर्ट के ज़रिए ख़ुलासा किया है कि जंतर मंतर प्रोसेस्ट साइट के निकट ईंट-पत्थर से भरा जो ट्रक खड़ा किया गया था, उसे चार दिन पहले ही यानि कि 16 जुलाई को दिल्ली पुलिस ने एक हादसे के बाद ज़ब्त किया था।
