@HoustonDynamo Hoping for quick recovery but the Vancouver player that tried to turn him over when he was down should be fined and suspended for endangering his safety.
@GlennDavisSoc If the center forward is not expected to contribute to the offense, why not just add another midfielder instead that can help with possession or even a defender for that matter? It's like Ben prefers the worst of both worlds.
@HoustonDynamo The coach admits there is a better finisher on the bench. We are down two goals, the lowest scoring starting forward in the league gets a full 90. Every question in the press conference should force Ben to justify giving him minutes.
@JakeDynamoFC Equivalent to saying we should continue playing a goalkeeper that leaks goals bc he is tall. Ponce's doesn't score, neither does he help the team win in other ways, but he still gets a start. Reporters need to turn up heat on Ben's nonsence.
@GlennDavisSoc Nothing more frustrating than Ben's sick fixation on guaranteeing him a starting spot no matter how bad he plays. Ben tries to manipulate fans into thinking Ponce is excelent but we are too uneducated to see it. The reality is he has always been average, no hidden talent.
@GlennDavisSoc Sama has earned the start. Also Negri, with little time has shown to be the only left defender that looks comfortable in that positon. Even though Ponce couldn't get to several would be tap-ins, this was his good game of the season. Should we then sit him till next season?
@GlennDavisSoc Can't remember the last time we had a player with accuracy in front of goal, now it seems we have a couple. As for the goals against, it was expected looking at the lineup we put out.
@GlennDavisSoc I'm so glad Ben is finally giving legitimate time to other players in that position, i've been begging for yrs. Based on body language, Ponce doesn't seem to mind being on the bench.
@HoustonDynamo yes we got the win but this does not look like a team that can take us far. middle of the pitch is extremely light and Ponce is still the same as always.
@GlennDavisSoc Profits above winning should be our motto. Selling players like Coco Micael, Dorsey only benefits the owner at the expense of winning. Years later and we're still a worst team. They keep trading anyone with value with promise of future improvement that never arrives.
@Sinskiman I'll add that the structures and roles ted has set up since arriving have been clearly bettrr and of a professional club. His weakness has been hiring quality people to fill the positions, this results in our poor roster.
