@DavidC1843@bennyjohnson The concept is that the person can get another job, either within the government or with a contractor, and the entire security clearance doesn't have to be completely redone at great expense. Reactivating a clearance is not cost-effective.
@WesternLensman I worked for Clapper. He was a political animal then as he is now. I cannot think of anything good he did at the IC Agency we worked at. I am hoping he gets the full weight of the law against him.
