I'm publishing an idea that I think could help low/unskilled workers get better jobs (maybe much better & faster):
Idea: zeroshot job offers where agents conduct interviews and the candidate gets only firm offers to "start Monday". No interviews at all.
My prototype is called JobYes (https://t.co/2VApLWZOVE), you should copy it, I'm not pursuing this, it's a bad founder fit for me.
For a traditional job portal, such as Indeed, getting a job usually means the candidate doesn't really need to use the job portal anymore. It's largely not an ongoing service. It's sporadic & episodic when looking for work.
In contrast, JobYes is a permanent subscription/service for the candidate to get offered a stream of better and better jobs by having personal<>corp agents conduct automated interviews against the candidate's documented work history & preferences, and the employer's reputation/offer.
How it works:
- candidate makes a profile, including job prefs.
- candidate's agent and corp agent interview each other.
- when additional candidate info or work history/health evidence are needed (such a paystub from an existing employer's portal or a clear drug test) these requests are surfaced async to the candidate for them to provide the evidence, without showing (or bothering) the candidate with the specific employer or job req that triggered the request.
- for the candidate, each answered request builds their profile, making the platform increasingly valuable and automated to receive more & better job offers.
- after agent interviews, employers may extend a candidate an full offer to "start Monday", including the specific pay, benefits, costs, and any other terms, eg. free uniforms.
- the candidate that receive an offer can then ask questions of the employer's corp agents (or real HR staff, it's up to the corp)
- then candidate clicks "Accept Job", and then they show up on Monday. No interviews. No B.S.
- getting a job is not the end, it's the beginning: one-click upgrade your job: started last month for $12/hr at Burger King? No problem: you just received an offer to start a Chik-fil-A for $15/hr. The platform can even send a resignation letter to the current employer.
In short, agentic interviewing seems like a practical large scale opportunity to potentially dramatically improve quality of life and labor outcomes for unskilled and lowskilled workers-- the kinds of roles where agents really could fully conduct interviews backed by a portfolio of candidate evidence.
I hope to see quality founders pursue agentic laborforce improvements! It's a noble cause in any era, but especially in this era of inflation and automation.
WTF, I TAUGHT MY CRAWLER TO KILL SCAM COINS, WENT TO SLEEP, AND JEV + MY GROK BOTS GOT MY $100 TO $17,608 BY NIGHT 4
1.2M of you watched my crawler trade yesterday
last night i gave it a second job, kill the rugs before they reach Jev
everyone else's crawler just reads, mine has a kill list now
a rug is a coin built so the creator can dump it on you
the crawler is a robot that scrolls the internet for me
Jev is a tiny AI judge, it only says yes or no, faster than a blink, for under a cent
crawler reads it, Jev judges it, my Grok bots buy and sell it
the crawler's new job:
it went through 81 brand new coins, stomped the fakes, dragged one survivor to Jev
the survivor:
HIGGS, nine hours old, $2.23M at 10pm, Jev said yes
the night:
→ 10:35pm in at $1.97M, out at $2.29M, +$435
→ 11:35pm a bounce faked us out, -$106
→ 2:25am the coin hit $708K, holders down 68%, Jev said buy
→ 3:10am out at $899K, +$746
→ 4:15am second bottom at $716K, crawler saw buyers return, Jev said yes
→ 5:50am sold $1.69M, +$4,404
holding it from 10pm lost you 24%
my bots made 44.8% on the same coin while i slept
honestly the stomping is what i'd pay for, most people lose money on coins they should've skipped
$100 → $2,197 → $4,962 → $12,161 → $17,608
second 20, the spider stomps a rug
i left the whole setup below ↓ free, steal it
bookmark this before night 5
send this to the friend who buys every coin he's shilled
would you hand a bot the kill switch on your coins, or do you still trust your own eyes?
1/ How I infiltrated a Chinese organized crime syndicate that has laundered $1B+ across multiple exploits for Lazarus Group.
Posing as a client, I gathered intel that helped action freezes for the Feb 2025 Bybit exploit and attribute illicit activity onchain.
bro zachxbt is actually insane
this man went undercover as a money laundering client
spent $350K of his OWN money to gain the trust of a chinese launderer who was moving bybit hack funds for north korea
the guy started sharing everything. screenshots. wallet addresses. bridge transactions. in real time
zach was matching every single transaction on-chain as the guy was sending them
traced $12M+ across bitcoin, ethereum, solana, and tron
got tether to freeze $442K from the evidence alone
and the funniest part? in between discussing how to launder funds for north korea this guy was casually talking about playing mahjong and his weight loss plan 😭
bro thought he was talking to a client. he was talking to the most dangerous investigator in crypto
and zach funded this entire operation himself. $350K out of pocket. no guarantee he'd ever see it back
this is not the FBI. this is one guy with a laptop and a blockchain explorer
different breed
Always a good day onchain when stuck funds get rescued. I see forgotten bridge withdrawals like this all the time in my own tracing, but catching a $15M Alameda wallet is next level. Check your old addresses, people.

@Moudinho3 found an Alameda Research linked address with ~$15M in USDC pending to be withdrawn from the NEAR Bridge since Nov. 7–8, 2022, just days before filing for bankruptcy
3 hours later, 0x9790E2f55C718A3c3d701542072D7c1D3D2E3F5f just withdrew the funds
+$100M in similar situations, you can check if you have any in Moudinho3's tool: https://t.co/rGKbs23azi
