@Hashboz Most leaders subsidize the budget or the expenses are shifted to the youth families. With scouts our budget was typically $150 a boy plus fundraising in 2019. Accounting for inflation, We have a third of that money in our 2024 budget.

@Hashboz Our budget is so small we can’t afford to do this with $62 per youth. We do a camp out every non-FSY year. For FSY years it takes $50 of budget. Plus the church has shifted all liability to the youth leaders.
