@F3_Shelby 5 PAX showed for a good workout Thursday at EBC. YHC, Gumby, Hoover, Bonifay, SeeSaw. Did a little of a lot. Running, Burpees, Merkins, Bear Crawls, Crawl Bears, Squats, Lunges, Step-Ups, SSHs, and some Merry. All in all, was a good evening, and good time.
