@Ahleckss @J3tAl0n3 Aerith really died, but Cloud's messed up mind shows her alive, and Sephiroth uses that against him. The game ends like the OG, but with more closure and everyone accepting their fate. Plus we'll see more about the Lifestream and what happens to Aerith and Zack after death

@Ahleckss @J3tAl0n3 It's the same first date she had with Zack, and she recreates it with Cloud. But it didn't go so well. the gifts, the picture, even Cloud not knowing what's her place. And she's left more confused about what kind of like she's feeling.

The hate for Aerith is so forced imo

Remake already improved her character a lot. She showed more than once how much Tifa and the rest of the group mean to her, to the point that she risked everything just to pray for their safety
