I genuinely can’t imagine how miserable Aaron and Cal’s lives would’ve been if Hoon Lee had never stepped in as a father figure.
These boys were barely 2 and were already learning Chinese, but more importantly, he taught them discipline, corrected their mistakes, guided them when their own parents failed them, and showed them what it actually means to be your brother’s keeper.
Honestly, Hoon Lee wasn’t just a father figure to Aaron and Cal. He was one of the biggest reasons they had any chance of becoming better men.
