@TVMohandasPai Yes, it's damn right. When Hindi cannot be imposed as per the Constitution then Kannada cannot be forcefully. Govt of India service fellows don't have to learn all damn Indian languages wherever they go for a few months/years. I think Kannadigas must be treated like this elsewher
