Sir, convey the message of SRO employees to fin.dept.that clarification may be issued regarding the starting date of implementation of Notional benefits in favour of those completed probation before/after 01/07/2020 and reamend transfer policy to 2 years.
@RavinderBJPJK @narendramodi@AmitShah@DrJitendraSingh It is a misinformation given from administration that SRO 202 has been revoked. It has been just amended to 2 years probation and nothing else. Everything still exists in the draconian law which is still in its unconstitutional state and structure.

The recent decision on #SRO202 is a half hearted attempt. Two issues that people still face
1. Probation period of already engaged persons should hav been reduced to 6 months instead of 2 yrs
2. The transfer policy freezes place of posting for 5 yrs.
Justice not delivered yet.
@usman_majid1 We will compromise with the monetary benefits if the Govt has financial crunch still when centre has allocated a mammoth of 20 lac crore budget to JK UT
BUT
Don't deny us Notional benefits (Annual increments etc) from the day of appointment.

#RevokeSRO202
At the end it has just turned out to be "Mutatis Mutandis". Instead of creating a confusion the administration could have clearly notified that nothing has changed in SRO 202 except reduction in the Probation Period to two years. What's so historical about it.
I request the LG to please reconsider the amendments made in the J&K Special Recruitment Rules, 2015 (SRO202). Just reduction in the probation period from 5 to 2 years and keeping all other provisions of SRO 202 in the newly framed J&K Recruitment Rules is injustice and frightful
SRO 202 Amendment being prospective in effect does not benefit all those appointed since 2015 under the said SRO.
SRO 202 appointees have already suffered a lot don’t hoodwink them .
Give them all benefits RETROSPECTIVELY
