@mandylawson7 Haha, one last thing so you'll have close to the whole picture--some sunlight is needed to assimilate D3 too, so you have to make sure you get a little sun as well. That pretty much covers it, but it's honestly just as important as Vitamin C.
@mandylawson7 It's a really good idea! I get blood tests done for Thyroid stuff often, so it's something I add on to check. It's something to do for both peace of mind and safety reasons.
@mandylawson7 One other thing I'll mention is that Vitamin K is necessary to assimilate D3, and it turned out that my whole family was deficient. Our D3 levels wouldn't rise until we started taking a supplement that had both minerals, but we're now all finally getting to a healthy range.
@mandylawson7 Yrp. Quick, easy to run, and inexpensive. People haven't really been emphasizing immune health which is really a shame, but D3 helps big time, with any illness, and has a lot of other positive effects.
@heather_leisure@LUBOttom@MichaelSOHara @emmatsalageek This article references how non religious people are persecuted, not in Christian countries, but in Pakistan, which is majority Muslim. You're conflating majority religious societies with majority Christian societies, when the ideas & consequences of those religions vary vastly.
I am flabbergasted that so many people have lived through 2020 and concluded:
"The government cares deeply about me. They should have more control over my life."
@heather_leisure@LUBOttom@MichaelSOHara @emmatsalageek Global west is an oxymoron.
In China you get disappeared just for being Christian. In Iran? Beheaded. There are many countries where Christians are tortured and murdered for their faith. From the sentiments expressed in these comments, I wonder how many yrs we are from that here
@PostCoffeeInsp Last week? I write in Cursive a lot but I'm not always writing things out by hand. Depends on the day but whenever I address envelopes or something it's always cursive.
@NikkiCrick @robxxnn Just to offer another perspective, when I was about that age I also thought I wanted to be a boy. It took me a while to grow into myself, but I am so glad that I did not do anything at the time. Puberty resolved a lot of insecurities and I'm very happy that I'm very much a girl.
@AllisonAuthor Some people have T-cell immunity and just won't ever get the virus. You could fall in that category. Or you could just have a low viral load. Either way, good thing you're okay.
