Hey @TD_Canada do you find it acceptable that people trying to regain access to their accounts need to have the capacity to wait OVER AN HOUR on hold to speak to someone in loss prevention? Especially when calling from overseas?! #tdcanada

No indication while on hold of my place in the queue or estimated wait times. Doesn’t matter what time of the day I try to call. On hold for an hour and 15 minutes and need to drop off because believe it or not, I gave other things to do

No option to request a call back, no option for any other assistance. Quite frankly the worst customer service I’ve encountered. Closing my account with you (as soon as I can regain access to it!!!)
