One thing I still cannot understand from their statement is this: Is it President Tinubu that is constitutionally responsible for conducting elections or is it INEC?

The claim makes absolutely no sense and sounds completely illogical to me. If anyone should be held accountable for the conduct of elections, it is the electoral body vested with that responsibility not the President.

Their call should be to the INEC not the President..
