"Menstrual flow is a downward energy 👇Worshipping God is an upward energy 👆
So when you are pushing your downward energy, you shouldn't go upward.
So during periods, girls shouldn't visit temples."

Prannoy Roy, as confident as ever, clarifying with logic how the wholesale disenfranchisement triggered by a flawed voters' list revision benefited PM Modi's BJP electorally in Bengal. I recall using Dr. Roy's authentic psephology data in my college days journalism projects.
SHAME ALERT 🚨
BJP goons who assaulted young protestors at CP got bail within a day and were garlanded and welcomed by Hindu Raksha Dal

The nation is in chaos,
Yet I’m ashamed that our Odia daughter, holding the highest constitutional position in the country, remains silent on this matter.
Where is police barbarism today?
Where are the detention vans today?
Where are the illegal arrests happening?
Where are the Delhi Police supported goons today?

THIS is what can happen when the opposition unites - last time INDIA Bloc came together for a few weeks - it destroyed BJP's super majority dreams of 2024.
THE ONLY WAY Gyanu goes - is every democracy loving / constitution respecting party - comes together.
A JUDGE’S WRITTEN OBJECTION. SERIOUS ALLEGATIONS. NO REPORTED INDEPENDENT INQUIRY. WHO ENSURES ACCOUNTABILITY IN THE HIGHEST COURTS?

THIS IS NOT A VERDICT. IT IS A QUESTION ABOUT TRANSPARENCY, INVESTIGATION AND JUDICIAL ACCOUNTABILITY.
In 2019, The Caravan published an investigation into allegations concerning Justice Surya Kant, who is now Chief Justice of India. The report examined complaints involving alleged property undervaluation and alleged corruption in bail matters, as well as questions surrounding his elevation through the judicial collegium. These were allegations—not proven findings.
The report also documented a significant fact: on 12 January 2018, Supreme Court Justice A.K. Goel wrote to then CJI Dipak Misra expressing disagreement with Justice Kant’s elevation until the allegations had been thoroughly examined. Goel referred to his earlier opinion recommending independent property valuations and further scrutiny.
Bar & Bench subsequently reported that the Bar Council of India described the allegations as false, vague and baseless. However, its report also noted that the BCI statement did not identify an inquiry that had established this conclusion.
The central issue is therefore not whether allegations should automatically disqualify a judge. They should not. It is whether serious, documented complaints receive a credible, impartial examination—and whether the process is transparent enough to sustain public confidence.
That question has renewed relevance amid the current debate over the Supreme Court’s response to allegations of police excesses against protesting students. In July 2026, news reports covered CJI Surya Kant’s refusal to urgently list a representation concerning the protests; he subsequently stated that no formal petition had been filed and disputed reports that he had refused to list one.
OUR DEMANDS ARE PRINCIPLED AND UNIVERSAL:
- Serious allegations against judges must be assessed through fair, independent procedures.
- Complaints must neither be suppressed nor treated as proof of guilt.
- Decisions on judicial appointments and investigations should be explained as transparently as the law permits.
- Allegations of police excesses must have a credible avenue for judicial scrutiny.
- The same standards of fairness and accountability must apply to every public institution.
JUDICIAL INDEPENDENCE AND JUDICIAL ACCOUNTABILITY ARE NOT ENEMIES. BOTH ARE ESSENTIAL TO THE RULE OF LAW.
A complaint is not a conviction. But an unresolved complaint is not a substitute for an answer, either.
THE PUBLIC DESERVES FACTS, FAIR PROCESS AND TRANSPARENT INSTITUTIONS—not blind faith or unverified accusations.
